Struggling to find a contractor in Philadelphia

Any recommendations for reliable contractors that will work in Philadelphia will be much appreciated. We were burned by one contractor already, and at this point, reliability is more important than price point. 

The scope of the work is two houses in Port Richmond, rehab - kitchen, floors, and some less major issues.
