Recommendations for Hard Money Lenders in CT!

Hi everyone. I found a property that is in need of a massive rehab (hoarder home). I was planning on using a hard money lender for acquisition and rehab costs. This would be my first flip (: Thank you in advance!

Sounds like a fun one! Do you know your numbers on it?

Purchase Price:
Rehab Budget:
After Repair Value:
Property Type: (SFH, Duplex, etc)

Then some likely (not always) qualifying items:

What do you have for available assets? (Down payment + closing costs + reserves for rehab)
Credit Score:
