West side and North side are still being built out and are still affordable.
Would you recommend any pockets on the West and North? They are pretty huge haha
Close to or inside the 295 corridor southwest of downtown for west side. For North side - north of Oceanway and to around the airport area. I like Yulee also but that is still pretty rural.
We're looking to 1031 a STR we have in Missouri into a STR type of property around Jacksonville. Finding a place that works isn't the issue, I'd like to find a commercial lender or private lender. Any recommendations?
