Iv'e been debating what the best area to buy rehab and rent in TN. Anyone have any suggestions?

Somewhere that is within a 20 minute drive from where you live.

You're going to be visiting the job site all the time. Ideally at least once per day. It will get very annoying if you do a deal any farther away than 20 mins from home.

(Yes... I know from experience lol)
