What makes a great house to flip in the Atlanta metro area?

Hey @Glenn Smith, welcome to the BP Forum! Are you looking to get into flipping yourself or are you wanting to represent a flipper as their agent? What area of ATL are you passionate about when it comes to real estate?

I would represent a flipper as a licensed agent. I do not have one specific area but the entire  Atlanta metro area in general.

Is it really a good idea to invest in Atlanta? Being there once for a few days, but encountered terrible traffic. Both insurance and property tax are high. Which areas may be worthy looking into?

Traffic is gnarly because a ton of people have moved to the ATL for the opportunities presented in a growing market. I'd stick in the burbs and tertiary markets that are growing:

Cobb, Gwinnett, Bartow, Cherokee, Hall, Fayette, Coweta counties are a good place to start
