I’ve heard stories of investors closing in under a week when the lender and deal lined up perfectly. What’s your record, and what made that deal move so fast?
With my lending team we have closed (bridge loans) in a week due to making sure we set our expectations with the borrower early. Also making sure they understand that if their ducks are in a row, and have good title / insurance contact then we can move fast.
