    Any idea on what a kitchen remodel/upgrade adds to value? I looked through the study and didn't see any percentage or dollar amount increase. Every home we have remodeled we have placed a lot of our time and money in redoing the kitchen.

      We also always do kitchens as well as bath and flooring makeovers.
