For anyone interested in mobile homes this may be of interest to you. It is FREE and located in Statesville NC. As I was researching I came across this one. Please follow the link. They have 7 days to have this removed before they scrap it.
@Katherine Waddell Cost of a new one without land is about $50K (2000 sqft). This was my first M/H purchase which included land and a private lender that I have built a lasting relationship with.
