Hello BP!

We have a great Realtor who has been assisting us with starting our venture in this exciting industry, she found us an amazing home that we decided to keep as our own, now that we are starting our business, we have been looking for a realtor in San Antonio who has a little more experience in real estate investing. Are there any Real Estate Agents in San Antonio that would be interested in working with us, or does anyone have someone that they might recommend?

Thanks!

Real Estate agents typically do not find the "Deals" in the real estate investing world. You will find the deals from marketing and/or networking with other investors. Marketing will include sending out cards and letters, driving for $$, knocking on doors of pre-foreclosures, letting everyone that you know that you are looking for distressed sellers.

By the way, whether it is from marketing or you come across a wholesaler, it does not usually happen in a month or two that you get your first deal. Sometimes it takes 6 months to get a deal. Be patient and keep on working your system and a deal will find you soon.
