What a wonderful outcome. I love the kitchen. How long did the rehab take? How many rehabs have you done?
I have done about 12 full rehabs so far. We bought the house May 1st, so about 114 days. Longer then I would have liked but it was a large project. Everything was done top to bottom including driveway.

Very nice, I'm looking at doing my first rehab on a mobile home rental. After pricing everything out, I'm going to try to make my dollar go further by doing things like replacing window glass instead of getting new windows and refinishing the tub instead of getting a new one.

yes refinishing a tub can save you a lot. I have a guy I use that refinishes them for $200

Very nice! I like how you hardie-backed the shower and sealed the joints, that's done right! Lots of people just use green drywall, I shudder when I see that.

I second the question about the cost. If you wouldn't mind, I would love to know the numbers behind this flip. I ask because I am thinking about doing a top to bottom gut and replace and I am trying to get a rough idea what of people pay.
