Wanted: Connections in Tampa/st Petersburg

I'll be moving to Tampa in the next month or so and I'm looking for recommendations from other rehabbers in regards to local Tampa area reliable contractors, real estate agents, attorneys and the like.  Looking forward to hearing from you.

    Pm me for a company that is investor friendly because they themselves invest. They also list on the MLS for only 1%
