Can anyone recommend a few foundation repair companies in San
Antonio that are good yet reasonable?  I'm not looking for the big name big $$$ companies...I know those. I've been using 2 different companies in the past for rehabs and would like to get some recommendations on more.

Thanks in advance.

    Chuck,

I have worked with the owner of Foundation King in the past.  Don't know if you have used them or not.   I'll email you the contact info if you'd like.

Are you looking for slab or pier and beam? I have a house in need of leveling that I would gladly take reccomendations for.

I like Derk at Vantage Foundation, done a couple with him, did a great job and did it right.

All Foundation Repair  has done several homes for me in the last couple of years. Raul will meet you at the house within a day or two. They will email you an estimate within a day after that.

Thanks for the feedback. I've been using All Foundation in a number of properties along with Richards Leveling. I'll give the others a try.

I am in process of flipping a home in San Antonio that has slab foundation issues.  It has sunk over 6" on the West side.  Just make sure to get multiple bids as it's crazy how big the difference can be between companies.  I settled on a smaller contractor who keeps his prices lower by doing a lot of volume with investors.  He only works in San Antonio though.  Anyone in the San Antonio area can feel free to message me and I'll email you his contact info.

I also have an investor friendly foundation contact in the San Antonio area, he has done work, slab and pier and beam for dozens of investors I've worked with in the past.

I've got an old neighbor that does Foundation.  He's not always the cheapest but he is very trustworthy on what exactly needs to be done.  Message me for contact info
