Last week I engaged in  a discussion started by Nick Sabat and it really made me think so I decided to write a blog post. 

To me, this is a must read for any flipper or rehabber because as Nick spoke about in his blog "we are moving into a new generation of better homes" and is the average flipper/rehabber ready for this?
