We are several guys that are looking to buy houses and flip them in the New York area. We have the money (cash) and some other options like financing. Any recommendations for hot and good areas to look in to? Any good real estate agents or brokers you know or recommend? Would love to have some tips.

Are you firm on investing in New York only ? Reason I ask is because we've had some out of state investors (from New York, actually) contact us here in CT about getting higher returns on MFR properties.
