Any alternative to NREIG for flip insurance?

Nothing wrong with the company, it's just the fact they seem to have a monopoly on the situation that bothers me.

    @David Robertson know this is a little old but what type of policy do you ask for when you use Foremost? Going to give them a ring to see how they stack up to NREIG's quote... thanks!
