His an investor who flips and been doing it for almost as long as I’ve been breathing. He has two ways he wants to go one sell the house now. Or wait till spring and fIx it then. He working on more projects then he can handle. Now I have no money to buy the property. I want to whole but the goal has always been to move to fix and flip. I trying to figure is there a way for me to take the proporty. Fix and flip with the seller. And how would I present that.
