I just want to learn more. I’m newer to the business and want to get in on flipping houses. So any help would be greatly appreciated. And, obviously, the more people you know, the better off you are in this type of business.
Investor's time is quite valuable... I recommend you put yourself where you're likely to bump into them... REIAs, more forums, etc. Unless you can entice feedback by offering some value to them, I'll be honest... you won't get much feedback. I'm not a flipper, so can't help you out, but wanted to add a dose of reality.
You hit it on the head. I tried to be a little humorous with my "just coffee-no donuts/hash browns"? People who are very experienced at renovations/building aren't just going to show the special sauce on what took years to learn. The learning curve is steep in this kind of work
