What insurance will cover the staging furnitures?
The staging company I am using for my first flip dont have insurance. and on the contract it states if anything stolen, I will have to pay for them.
My questions is any insurance company will cover the staging furnitures? as those are very expensive, i heard the last time, this company charged a customer $2000 for just missing couple of small items.
