The staging company I am using for my first flip dont have insurance. and on the contract it states if anything stolen, I will have to pay for them.
My questions is any insurance company will cover the staging furnitures? as those are very expensive, i heard the last time, this company charged a customer $2000 for just missing couple of small items.

First, you should get an itemized list of furniture and accessories from the staging company, along with a replacement cost for each item. Not only is this good in the case where something goes missing, but also in the case where you have a buyer who wants to buy some of the furniture -- this way you'll know what it will cost you to buy it from the stager to sell to the buyer.
As for insurance, my wife does some professional staging for other investors whenever we have extra furniture. We also contractually require that the homeowner be responsible for theft or damage of items, but to be safe, we carry a liability policy ($2MM aggregate) and property coverage for the furniture.
We get it through Traveler's Insurance, and it costs just under $500/year.
