I’m making a deal under contract and he wants it within 5 days, I’m new to this, is it possible to fix a buyer within then? Thanks in advance. It’s in st Petersburg-Clearwater FL.

@Brendan Kortz it will be tough to assign and close in 5 days. The best thing is to reach out to cash buyers in your area on Facebook. Once you assign the contract to them they will handle from there and get it done if it’s a good deal.
