Yes i am interested in finding out rehab estimates in the lost Angeles east la area. The property is a full rehab project that needs new flooring/roof/paint/landscape/siding / and heating. This is for a wholesale so i just asking how can i find the estimates with out coming to the property since i do not own it. Should you have your cma before you meet with the seller, so that you have all lined up for whenyou talk to your buyers? All or any information will be greatly appreciated.

You will not get accurate numbers if you don't go to see the property, and anyone who is smart and buying from a wholesaler should not trust those numbers anyway, you may need to do nothing as most investors prefer to do their own analysis anyway.
