Tokenization of purchase agreement for Fix and Flip financing

Hello there, I'm new to the concept of the blockchain technology, I've always known if it's existence because of my Bitcoin Investing. Recently I've joined up with a Meetup group called taking estate and blockchain there's a meeting this Saturday @ 5pm in Orlando FL (if your in Orlando your more than welcome). I joined up purely it off curiosity and optimism, I've heard of smart contracts lightly before. I never really looked into it until recently, when I began asking if I can tokenize a purchase agreement for for funding the down payment and carrying cost for a hard money loan, also would a hard money lender even accept such a situation? I only have about a day and a half of research into this so I don't know any facts, but I want to educate myself into this more to be more prepared for my meeting this weekend.
