I have purchased my first rental. Very excited and open to any advice. Now looking for a good lawyer in Alabama to set up a contract with the renters. 
Brian Cloud is an excellent attorney, have a closing set up with him tail end of this week or first of next, however you really do not need an attorney for a lease with your tenant. There are multiple leases you can download or your management company will provide. Strong recommendation, do a back ground and credit check, everyone loves you when they are trying to rent, not so much when it is time to pay. : )
