Hi @Nicholas Ferraiuolo. I would check your local resources like Houston REIA, Texas Apartment Association, or Houston Apartment Association, they may be able to point you in the right direction. Otherwise there is always meetup (see below).

Not heard of any physical meet ups just yet. I liked attending events over at Quest Trust Co on the west side of town. There are (were) plenty others all around the city. My current employer used to host the largest REI meet up each month, but right now that's online - our old venue went out of business so we are looking for a new home for the event when we reopen.
@Mark Sewell I miss that event so much!! a lot of companies have switched to online, including Quest Trust, Noble Mortgage, Houston REIA, and Jet Lending to name a few. I really like Noble Mortgage's online networking event they are doing bi-weekly right now
