Do some free work for someone that is good at finding deals. Learn from them. 

Then self source deals. If you want to make money flipping then that's going to be your only way to make it work in a hot market like this.

    Pittsburgh REIA is the most approachable in my opinion, but there's also ACRE which is good. For Pittsburgh REIA it's helpful to get in to the main meeting and then start attending some of the subgroups.

    You'll also want to set up 1 on 1s with people since that's what's most helpful for any networking.
