Maricopa County Tax Delinquent list

I am looking to market to Tax Delinquent list in Maricopa Co. I have searched the County Treasure's website and I can't find how to obtain that list. Does anyone know?

Try calling the Tax Collectors office and asking them how to get it.

I'm not looking to purchase tax liens. I want to get ahold of these people to purchase directly from them.

We do this too.
We have found that the owner is deceased on many of the properties that don't get redeemed and if there is any family they haven't bothered to probate the property.
We sometimes still by these cheap from a family member with a QC deed with the intention of fixing up the property and renting it forever.
