I recently received my first tax deed. I am confused to what the county commissioner will give me to give to the probate. Does any ever gone through this process. Please advise.

In Texas the tax sale attorney's, the Tax Assessor, or the person from appraisal district will normally file the deed you buy at the tax sale...sometimes in a couple of days, sometimes in a couple of months. Longest for me took about 4 months. Normally though within the month. Check with the person you purchased from.
