As I’m driving in Mass Pike with no traffic which is beautiful having the road to myself and feeling like a road warrior (HA) i noticed cell towers after cell towers after cell towers on all the building and houses and churches. Now looking into investing in them since all the talk of 5G.
Has anyone on BP invested on CELL Towers?
Has anyone installed Cell Towers in there personal Properties?

Is it per square foot?
Are they all leased? Can you purchase?
Seems like a good investment
I was attempting to help a seller sell a cell tower land but the cell tower was leased by sprint so it fell through. There are brokers that specializes in cell tower real estate. Find someone who works at Verizon or AT&T or TMobile in their real estate department and they will tell you whst to look for. Hope that helps.
