Gravois Park has been transition from some time. I own in Gravois and Dutchtown still good areas to own rentals. The closer you are to Cherokee street the better. Look at Benton Park, Tower Grove area as well
Yeah Tennessee runs north and south. Cherokee street runs west and east. Two main streets that box in Gravois park and that is Cherokee street and Chippewa. You really cant go wrong in gravois park because rehabbing has been going in this area for the past few years...but closer you are to Cherokee is a perk. I seen properties value more that are closer to cherokee vs Chippewa.
