Hello BP folks,
I am closing shortly on my 3rd rental property in St. Louis where I live. I used a very small GC for my last property, and they did a good job, but I'd like to have a couple others in my back pocket. I am targeting 2 bedroom SFH's, generally in the 800-1200 sq foot range. I am not doing gut remodels, usually $10k-$30k upgrades. Does anyone know of some small GC's that are good to work with, reasonably priced and this fits the type of work they do? I also am going to property manage these myself. I do have some good contacts with specialty folks (HVAC, plumbing, etc) but don't have a general handyman. If you know anyone that would be interested in a little extra work as a handyman let me know please!
Our company provides maintenance only, this includes Make Ready work. We manage property as well, so our maintenance team is doing this on a regular basis. It really will depend on the service that you are needing. Let me know if this is something you are looking for.

Frank Masek, I would be interested in hearing more about what you offer in terms of maintenance. I'm getting ready to rent my first property in St. Louis and close on my second. I'm going to manage myself but would love to have someone to call when something breaks down. How does your maintenance fee work?
