How is the Vegas market right now?

Question

My in-laws are getting ready to sell their house in Vegas, and I'm wondering what kind of market they'll encounter right now. I'm in Colorado, and everything sells in a heartbeat.

The market is super hot there is very low inventory ,homes priced $300 and under fly off the shelf Condos and townhomes are especially are on fire Your in laws timing is great .

@Mindy Jensen  As the others have mentioned, the market is definitely in the sellers favor in the upper middle to low price points.  I don't see that slowing down over the next 6 months even with the tax reform looming over us.
