BiggerPockets has been inundated with "reviews" of Pace Morby and his SubTo community. Interesting that almost all the reviews come from brand new accounts that sing his praises from the rooftop and then disappear. I have yet to see one post actual evidence of a successful investment.
In your case, you haven't posted in several years. You pop back on and your very first post is encouraging people to sign up with Pace?
Pace showed you how to "subject to, seller finance, wholesale, you name it" but how many deals have you done? And now he's going to teach you how to buy businesses? How many classes are you going to pay for before actually taking action?
