I've been a member of BP for a few years. I listened to all the pod casts, bought the books, met some nice people and paid for a PRO membership. I've gotten my money's worth. However, I've never made a deal through BP. I am completely happy with what I've received and feel it is of value.

That being said, because I was on BP I was totally interested in flipping houses but didn't know HOW to do it. I wanted a more intense training to follow up what I learned on BP. I wanted to join the big dogs!

Then I heard about Nick Vertucci's academy and was intrigued. I liked the idea of in depth classes and a network to support me. I knew it'd cost me some money but I wasn't making it without the education. So I took the plunge and am so glad I did!! I've now invested over 200 hours of intense education and I've done a few flips. I am making money; enough to pay for the education I received, and some for my pocket! I've learned the right way to do things in a very conservative system. Nick teaches what NOT to do! If I hadn't learned upfront I would have made some very costly mistakes! These lessons were not taught on BP.

Through Nick's network I've found my private money lender, a gap partner, a contractor, a realtor, a stager, etc. I also have access to get any question answered by experts in their field. It is really a full-service operation. I couldn't ask for a better network.

I find Nick, his business, his staff, and his training to be full of intelligence and integrity. Did I have to pay for it? Yes, but I also paid for a college degree and learned less! Do I work extremely hard? YES! And I am extremely happy to have sold a business I hated and dedicate long days and nights learning more. I am finally doing something I love AND making money!

Hello investors. I have attend Nick Vertucci's courses and have found them invaluable!  If you haven't started, there is no time like now.  Go get your dreams!

Sometimes there are things in life that just seem too good to be true. When you have someone tell you that you will have to invest in a training that is a significant financial obstacle for many people, you can't help but be skeptical and hesitant to make that leap. Yet you sit there and wonder if you could be missing that once in a lifetime opportunity to finally live that dream life you have always wanted.

Well let me save you some time and a lot of grief right now. IF YOU DO NOT TAKE A LEAP OF FAITH AND ATTEND THIS COURSE, YOU WILL REGRET THAT DECISION FOR EVER!

I am just about the most skeptical person out there and when my friend asked me to join him in a new venture, and he told me what he did (and what he paid), my spidey senses just about went off the charts. I was one word away from making what would have been the biggest mistake of my life. I thought about it, and after much research, decided to take that leap of faith and attended this course.

This is simply the best training I have EVER received in ANY business, not to mention in how to actually operate a successful real estate investment and development business. I cannot stress enough how much knowledge we gained throughout the 4 days of this course. This is nothing short of an MBA in real estate investing and development.

I am here to tell you that this man, Nick Vertucci, is seriously one of the most stand-up, ethical and solid human beings I have been fortunate enough to meet in my life. I simply have no way to communicate to you folks out there how this man has made an impact on my life in a matter of 4 days.

I'm not being paid to write this, I'm not getting anything for free by doing this. I am writing this to let you know, sometimes you just have to have a little faith in life that there are some really good people still left in this world that genuinely want to help you achieve your goals and dreams out of the goodness of their heart. Is there a financial interest in this for Nick? Of course, don't be stupid. It's a business, but there's a difference in a business run by greedy individuals that really don't care if you succeed, and a business run by a guy that will do whatever it takes to make sure you are as prepared as possible to succeed in your new journey. His interest in your success doesn't stop with the training. Nick and his team are there to help you every step of the way as you begin your new career as a real estate investor and developer.

So again, I can't stress this enough...you will get every cent of value out of your investment in this training. If you want to play in the big leagues, it's going to cost you to do so. Nobody is hiding that fact as you progress through the seminars and trainings. The difference is, will it cost you money lost through mistakes as a result of not knowing what you are doing (or being given bad advice by people pretending to be experts), or is it going to cost you in the form of an INVESTMENT in tuition that you will not only be able to write off on your taxes, but will help you earn that tuition ten fold in short order? Folks, ONE well done flip will more than pay for your training. Think about that.

I started on biggerpockets just over a year ago and man how I love this place. I am still unknown because I have ever posted on here and interacted, but I feel like I've read about every article on hear and still continue to revisit often. It got me started on everything. But I am a fond believer of furthering education, and I always will be. Nick Vertucci was the first one I ran into and I'm glad I did. A lot of gurus are scams, he's not. His system will provide with not only the knowledge but the mentorship, constant coaching, follow-up and continued education that other boot camps neglect. He and his staff warns of scammers, shady deals, and unethical behavior on the daily. He is very in-tune with the group. you might even get a call from him from time to time.

We went to the bus tour after the seminars and even more after that. I almost backed out the day before the bus tour and even asked for my $39k back. I went for one day intending to head home the day after. It was worth every penny. We have several family members in the flipping business and we have been able to do what took them 5 years within 1 year. Just as Jay posted before (whom I have no affiliation with), his system has changed to training us with costs, processes and systems. He provides the contracts, mentors, hotlines, and continued updates if the market changes. But it is still ultimately up to YOU to make it work. It's not a magic ticket.

We mostly bought for the network, and man what a network it is. It's 3.5k active members strong and growing quickly. We have a great team of people around us now because of it. It is full of dedicated wholesalers, gap partners and full time developers. Just today I've analyzed 6 great potential wholesales that were posted within the last 2 days. It's like multiplying yourself 100 fold. Within 3 months of completing the training I had the buying power to buy 4 homes at $250k+ price and help people gather over $1.5M in funds within 5 months. There are hardly shortages of deals or funds. We all care about each other and our success. Everyone has the up-most integrity and Nick and his staff aren't afraid to kick someone out of the group and blacklist them if they exhibit a repeat pattern of unethical or shady work. 

You'll probably hear from a number of us. None of us are paid, none of us work for Nick, we just do it because we love the network and believe in the system.

Yes, Nick Vertucci and his Real Estate Academy is the REAL DEAL as far as real estate investing goes.  If you take the courses you won't regret it.  A very thorough and knowledgeable program.  I've never seen anything like it.

Nick Vertucci provides amazing real estate investing training.  His system works and his students are successful if they work that system.  We are over 4,000 strong and that's a powerful network of fellow investors to have at your disposal.  Nick's training does not include providing anyone with a pool of properties.  I'm not sure where that idea came from.  We are responsible for finding our own deals. That being said, other graduates of his classes do shout out to the group with deals they have found but can't handle because they're already flipping one or more properties.  This is an integrity-based group.  You won't be disappointed. 

If you have wasted valuable time and money and believe you cant succeed , work and train with Nick Vertucci and discover how knowledge becomes power! Off the charts education. Immediate action time frame to success.

My wife and I have taken all the NVREA (Nick Vertucci Real Estate Academy) classes.  Yes, it takes some cash to get there (about the price of a BS degree today) however, I have the BS degree and work at a job that will allow me to repay my student loans in about 15 years (wohoo).

Now the NVREA degree.  Our first deal provided just under $35k in profit - it took 4.5 months!  A substantial return on my time investment.  On to the next.  

Does it take work? Yes.  Does the NVREA system work? Yes. The support from NVREA team is outstanding.  They have gathered the best network of top performing services in this industry and literally walk you over to them to shake hands.

There is a large group of wholesalers continually offering properties.  The hard money lenders have been vetted and are easy to work with.  Gap funders abound.

My opinion:  You will never find a more comprehensive training course that offers this level of community and support.  We knew nothing about RE investing and in less than a year we are on our way to becoming successful RE investors!

 I have just completed the bus tour with Nick Vertucci, and it was the most amazing educational experience. HE and his trainers practically take us by the hand and walk us through everything we need to know and do so that we will be successful at flipping homes. Nick has an awesome network of people who are also there to help us if we need it. I have absolutely no complaints about the value of the education I received from NIck Vertucci. I found Nick Vertucci & Flipping Real Estate on an early morning infomercial. What intrigued me was the ability to flip homes with no money out of pocket.

I attended a 1 day Free seminar where I got just enough information to tease me when the offer came out to attend a 3 day seminar for for $1700. I left upset as I really didn't have that kind of money. After going home & pondering the next 10 years of my life I decided to attend.

The information I learned was clear,concise, well thought out & taught in a way that any one could understand. I left that 3 day seminar wanting more information.

I decided to INVEST IN MYSELF and went on to take /pay for a 4 day Intense Bus Tour & then a 3 Day Private 1 on 1 Seminar. Is it expensive? Yes but again I don't look at it as paying Nick. I look at it as Investing in myself & my future. Personally I can't think of a better way to invest my money.

People this is not a get rich quick scheme. It is hard work. It takes effort. It takes perseverance. It takes drive & determination. What real job doesn't? But if you have that mind set you will be successful!!

We have been in Nick's Bus Tour and thought it was great. We will launch our business in September. It is an expensive venture, but we believe we have a lifetime with his company, trainers and Facebook members. 

I've been following Nick Vertucci's way of investing for 1.5 years now. It's changed my life. Yes, it is costly. It works when I follow his system. I've done 6 fix/flips under his way and had 1 dud. That dud was because of a contractor, nothing to do with Nick. The contractor lost 3 licenses in AZ because I reported him to the ROC in AZ. He moved to TX, and ran from the IRS. Those of you in TX, never use anyone by the name of Stephen Holder. He used our funds for himself and other outstanding debt. Held product hostage and eventually recovered it. The appliances were never paid for with our money for them so we had to buy them twice. He didn't pay his subs. We had to pay twice for that. So bottom line is if anyone wants to find value in doing Nick Vertucci's seminars, they will. For me it was totally worth the money and what I got out of it. I also did field training in commercial multifamily investing. That was more. It was really the best thing I ever did. I've met some wonderful people through that program and continually invest with them on projects. Free advice to me is good. It validates what I learned, but it gets really deep and involved with this program and the support beyond it is fantastic. 

I have taken the three day and recently attended the Bus Tour and couldn't have been more impressed with the wealth of information provided. The materials and expertise are top notch and have gotten us off to a great start in our business. The integrity of Nick and his team is very apparent and we are proud to be connected to the organization.

So I did the introductory Vertucci course July 2016, Went to the three-day seminar, and learned enough to be dangerous. Knew we had to do the bus tour in Sept 2016 after that we knew enough to be really dangerous. Essentially we knew what to do but not how to do it. Took three-day field training one on one at our home. ($25,000), yes an additional $25,000 on top of the original $40,000. March 2017 got our first project and now June 24th  we have 11 projects purchased at various stages of completion. My wife and I worked full-time, 12 hours a day seven days a week to get to this point. No properties actually sold yet! Part time gig? Not in this lifetime!!!!! I have a high skill level regarding promotion strategies and my wife has high ability levels in analysis and management functions.  At the risk of sounding presumptuous, this is not for the meek and mild or the part-time investor.  We spent our own money and did not use credit to pay for courses, although it did drain our savings and to make things even a little more difficult, we are Canadians we are working totally in the U.S.

 All I can say to the above is I give my students everything I got and care deeply about their success. We are the best in this industry. In an Industry that has a very deep black eye on it. I was a student of this process in 2004 and got taken for a ride. I don't begrudge it at all as I am here today because of it. But when I started this company my whole goal was to change this perception and be the best in this business.

To all of the above here is the reality folks. I was a product of this process/ industry as a student in 2004. I knew nothing about real estate investing at the time. I signed up for any levels and classes. In short I got taken for a ride. But I don't begrudge it at all. I was a big boy and accountable for my decisions and I figured this business out one door at a time.  

With that said after years of successful investing I started my own training company in January 2014 WITH ONE MISSION. To be different and to give the best training and network possible. The folks who don't go or maybe just to the free event will at times say this is a scam but have no facts to support that. Yes there are different levels and costs just like any education or business franchise. That does not mean it is not legit. Nothing good is free !~

With that said my students who have taken my training and are part of our network know we are the best in the business. I care deeply for my students and their success. I also care about my reputation and that's why I am finally on here speaking out. Its unfortunate that anyone can just say negatives about you without any facts or even experience in our group. It's crazy how anyone can just give an unfounded opinion based on perception which may hurt someone's reputation that they work so hard to protect. Most comment from a place of what they think it is or maybe past experiences with other such companies. And some go to the free event and find out we offer something for sale and dislike that. Any education has costs and there are different levels of education just like in any educational school or company. Anything worth its something is never going to be free.

The students that actually attend our trainings love us and appreciate the experience and are telling others as much.
