Those who run SMS marketing for wholesaling,

1) which platform do you use?

2) I understand that it is illegal to do SMS marketing for random lists from public records + skip tracing, you must have the client's consent before sending... how you address it?Do you first send a message to ask them to join the list? Or you just send? Isn't it risky?As not all your lists registered and accepted advertorial messages on your site...

3) A colleague told me that auto blast sms campaign is illegal, you need to send manually to each one of them... how we do it when we talk about thousands daily ? 😅

4) Someone use AI to reply to those conversations ? anyone knows service i can contact for setting up something like that? If it is possible, I would love to invest in such a thing...
