Automated marketing systems

Is there a way I can use ai or any apps to help me automate my marketing campaigns, sending emails, texts , reminding me when to contact owners etc? And are there already trained va's to help me get properties in an excell spread sheet so I can pick and chose the properties I want to go after after I give them my criteria?

We use Mailchimp to sent out 15,000- 20,000 emails monthly.  It has a pretty good creative aspect to help produce attractively positioned content. Also has a pretty good contact management feature, that integrates well with outlook and SALESQL.
