CRM software for a real estate agent and a real estate investor
Hello everyone!
I have a full time job and I am a new real estate agent. I am looking for a CRM program that I can use to track leads, email, reminders, and use drip mail exc... One the other hand I want to be able to track work flow with income properties, tenants and new projects. I am just starting out and I'm not looking to spend a lot of money. I read many of the forums and it looks like Podio might be the way to go. I would like to use one program for both. No one said anything about Bitrix24. It looks good and it's free. For real estate I was looking at Moresolds. Any feed back would be great!
