This is a discussion that I wanted to start not only for my own benefit, but hopefully one other's could keep coming back to to learn from. What kinds of websites do you use in your business to search for properties, property info, market data, real estate education, etc? Anything that even pertains remotely to real estate and you find useful...

For me, it's the usual BP, Zillow, Loopnet, City-Data and Rent-o-meter, but what other kinds of internet resources out there do you find useful for both investing and managing real estate?

bls.gov for demographics

hud.gov

familywatchdog.us for registered sex offenders in a city

www.propertymanagementinsider.com for good articles
