Apps or websites for property mgmt and real estate brokerages?

Are there any property management websites out there? What do most people use for property management tools? Similarly, what do real estate brokerages use for managing agents, documents, etc? I've searched for anything out there and can't find one. Thanks!!

Podio ista popular one. I use it personally and very much like it. I also use DocuSign to do all my paper work online.

I use www.propertyware.com and find it very valuable. I'm not swift at marketing and websites, nor do I have the time. Propertyware handles all aspects of rent billing/colllecting. Tracking of maintenance requests, marketing etc.

Thanks @Major Robertson and @Tina Peters! I like both. I actually got a call last week from AppFolio as well, going to check them all out.

Hey @Derek Boone - You might also look at Rentec Direct if you need a website.  They provide a free website and free domain (if you don't already have one) with any of their paid packages.  Last I checked, their costs were about 1/1,000,000,000th (one billionth right? at least it feels that way) to that of AF.  They've been around as long too, I've grown to trust them a lot and LOVE their customer service.

I have used buildium (www.buildium.com) when working for a large property management company, but now that I manage my own properties, I use rentigo (www.rentigo.com) to manage and collect rent. I really like their service and my tenants gave great feedback on the app for payments so it's a good fit for my properties.
