We have a contractor company that wants to partner with us. Wondering if there are any industry standards for this. For example, is there a percent discount or any other perks?

@Christopher Wilson this forum is more for BRRRR questions - like how do you do it, etc. I feel like a maintence contract would be something for multi-family apartments? If that's not the case let me know but I would post this in either the "Multi-Family" forum if that's what you are speak to or in the "Landlording" forum if it's something else.
