Rehabbing 2/2 - Bathroom Setup?

I'm rehabbing a 2/2 in South Tampa/Fair Oaks for future rental. Right now the master bath has a tub and the other bath a shower. Should I keep the tub? Or make two showers? What have you found is most desirable in this market?

    People like to have a tub if they have kids (or like soaking) and others want the convenience of a shower.  I like having one of each.

     Yeah the contractor mentioned the kids thing as being the most desired. Otherwise it made me ponder. 馃槅
