This is intended to be motivational as to what real estate investing can do for you. I've only been in this for 15 years. Much less then some other more seasoned investors. Below are three examples utilizing different BRRRR strategies I have executed. They are not all homeruns. Singles and doubles are ok as well. Tried to give a representative sample of some of my portfolio.

LTR - Buy 2016 - 3/1  Purchase and rehab $100K Todays Value $220K - Equity $150K Cash Flow Annual $7000

STR - Buy 2021 - 3/2 Purchase and rehab $490K Todays Value $750K - Equity 400K Cash Flow Annual $10,000

MTR - Buy 2024 - 3/2  Purchase and rehab $295K  Today Value $325K  - Equity 75K Cash Flow Annual $5000 (Partial Year in Service)

Time is your greatest asset.  Its not quick, but in the long game you can create generational wealth. 

One property a year can create unbelievable numbers.  Speed is not the answer.  Methodical boring real estate can result in big hits.
