I am a newbie and just got my first property for BRRR. From my research I think the way to go is LVP in lighter colors. Considering Lifeproof or COREtec or Shaw. Any recommendations for which brand to go with?

Congrats! COREtec is top quality, Shaw is a solid middle ground, and Lifeproof is good for budget projects. For BRRRR, I'd lean Shaw or a higher-end Lifeproof depending on your numbers.
