Yes, my tip is that "tips and tricks" aren't what you need. I recommend you spend several hours and read 10,000 posts on BP before you start asking vague, broad questions. There are tons of tips, tricks and recommendations here for you to read.

Once you have done basic reading to learn the fundamentals and have specific questions to ask, you will find hundreds of people here willing to help.
