@Noel Dixon Habitat for Humanity loans are not able to be used for the BRRRR method. At least, that's what this forum is designed for.
Habitat for Humanity while a national agency, is a very local program. Meaning, the outline for the program will be similar but offices will have differences between them based upon local market demands/options.
