Hello, Has anyone ever done a gut rehab on a multi-unit before? 

1) About how much is electrical and plumbing for a 16 bds / 7 bths? 

2)Is there a rule of thumb to figure this out for future properties? 

3) This is my first time - What questions should I make sure I ask an electrician and plumber to ensure they'll do a good job? 

Anyone have a good referral for electrician and plumber in southern Chicago?
