What Amount Do Cash Buyer Want To Make?

I am trying to learn my market here in Boston...I am a wholesaler, and I wanted to to reach out to cash buyers what kind profit in percentage would want to make? 15% or more?

Perhaps a ARV of let say $300,000 (ARVxNormal Fees and rehab(Cash Buyer profit(15% or 20%)?

@Ever Odel Calix I'm not sure of your market, however, since you posted in the BRRRR forum, most here are looking for 20-25% equity POST rehab... so a really good deal.
