I am looking for a BRRRR in greater Houston with ARV between $150-200k. Any neighborhood recommendations? My target is minimum $300/mo cash flow.
Kingwood had some in that price range but taxes make the cash flow a challenge. Maybe a bit easier if no loan.
Spring had some too but those needed more work.

Elm Grove, Sherwood Hollow, Humble are good neighborhoods but lower on the price ranges.
