Anyone Wholesaling in Volusia County Florida?

Hey Guys and Girls, anyone wholesaling in Volusia County Florida? I live in Deltona and work in New Smyrna Beach. My wife and I are just getting started and i would love to chat with sone locals who are either doing wholesaling now, or started off wholesaling.

If anyone in the area is intereated in a meet up, that would be awesome too.

    For some reason its not letting me tag everyone.  So I will try again in a bit.  But, what days work best for a meetup for everyone who would be up for a meet up in the area.

    Our best day would be a Saturday, we are pretty open that day for a meet up.  Any weekend really.

    I actually live a few hours away on Clearwater Beach. I鈥檝e been buying in your area because of the affordability and potential for growth I see in the area. Amazon is going there this year, New Yorkers coming down in droves, etc. 

    I鈥檒l be in town tomorrow to check out the new property and some apartments I鈥檝e been renovating.

    By the sounds of it Saturday is looking like a good day.   We just need to figure out a time.  

    @Allen Thompson could you tell us about the space you have available?

    My wife is looking into other locations that we could meet.  then we can figure out a date.

    @Michael Hawrylak I've been flipping for a year and a half, all in Volusia (Deltona specifically).  I also have short term rentals there as well.  The area has been very good to me.

    Are you buying the deals yourself or are you wholesaling. I鈥檓 only asking because I鈥檝e wholesaled some properties but wanted to move into flips. So I have a few questions but wanted to know exactly what your role was in the flips, before firing away lol
