It's great to see another REALTOR® getting into the investment world. I'd like to think we have a leg up from most newbies;)
Anyways, BiggerPocket is an incredible tool. While you might have trouble finding a single person who is willing to hold your hand through the entire process, you will find that using BP correctly can result in a sort of virtual mentorship. Ask well-formed questions and you will get well-formed answers.
