    I need a general contractor, with a group of good subs. I'm going to move 1/2 of my REI to Denver. Will be buying and rehabing. Looking at several deals now. Might be willing to partner with the right person. I also need a savvy REI Reator. I've done 58 homes in CA, so this in not a new venture. Planing on moving 100% of my business to Denver next spring. THANK YOU
