@Marcin Chojnacki Congratulations, seeing stories like these makes me motivated in RE investing. Would you mind answering how you found the property? I'm always interested on how people find their properties to flip. Was this your first flip?
@Mindy Jensen Right around 3k is the usual cost. They reimburse a few hundred if property sells fast and you allow them to take furniture early. If deal falls apart they commit to re-staging for free.

This is beautiful. Any tips for newbies getting started in flips? If you could go back to your first 1-2 years and real estate what advice would you give your former self? Thanks!
